5. Legal basis

Performance of the service you request, and your consent for optional features (Bluelink, Drive backup, AI commentary, diagnostics), which you can turn off at any time.

All connections use HTTPS. Passwords and keys never leave the phone; Bluelink credentials are encrypted with Android Keystore.

8. Children

RangeHop is designed for drivers and is not directed at anyone under 18.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, information about recipients, and object to processing (Turkish KVKK Art. 11; GDPR where applicable). Contact rangehop@cumulusnet.io; we reply within 30 days.

10. Independence

RangeHop is not affiliated with Hyundai, Kia, Google, charging operators or EPDK. Brand names are used only to describe compatibility.

11. Changes

When we update this policy we change the effective date and announce material changes in the app.
